This allowed for a new flat lawn and the introduction of steps to allow more inviting access to the garden and woodland beyond. As this was such a vast area of the garden and an integral part of the overall design, it demanded an intense focus on detail of levels to ensure the final finish was absolutely precise.
A large terrace was then constructed to entirely surround the house and widen existing areas for dining and lounging. Multiple sized beds were integrated to provide ample opportunity for lush perennial planting, sways of seasonal bulbs and multi- stemmed trees, whilst masterfully dividing the various areas for both entertaining and relaxing in.
Beech hedging was carefully positioned along the boundaries to provide both privacy and intrigue, as intentional gaps allow glimpses of the wildflower meadows and woodland beyond. Bespoke sculptures and handcrafted elements provide additional interest and display of craftsmanship to engage and encourage further exploration of the garden beyond.
